Thousands of cats and dogs are euthanised on a daily basis across America.

Many dogs who are called “unadoptable” are put in kill shelters where they wait until they’re killed and die. In 2011, Tracy Whyatt and her husband Scott Whyatt went across Texas to take unwanted dogs in their trailer to get them out of the state and adopted. It started as a passion project, but ended up becoming a company known as Tracy’s Dogs.

This is a selfless act of love and devotion that’s dedicated to safeguarding the lives of the animals.

Because as sad as the truth is, we simply can’t save all animal lives in the world. It just isn’t possible. But that doesn’t mean we don’t try. Tracy is a great example to us all, explaining and outlining what she’s doing to make the world a better place. It’s just heartwarming to see, and people all over the United States are recognizing her achievements.

Even PetSmart is partnered up with them.

They help people find the animal they wish to adopt, and because of Tracy’s Dogs, almost 4,000 puppies were adopted that were supposed to be euthanized, and it just fills you with warmth.
