The Xolo is one of the world’s oldest and most natural breeds — typically healthy, calm and devoted, in toy, miniature and standard sizes. The hairless variety needs skin care: sunscreen, moisturiser and warmth in cold weather. They’re alert and reserved with strangers but affectionate at home, and need moderate exercise and early socialisation. A serene, low-shedding companion for an owner who appreciates an ancient, primitive breed.
